Construction Update: May 19th
Construction continues to move upward with a new milestone reached this week: Floor-to-ceiling window and door installations are now underway. The arrival of glazing marks a striking visual shift, as natural light will fill each space with sweeping views of Cable Beach.
Phase 2 includes just 40 penthouse suites with over 50% already reserved. The structure has now reached the 8th floor, and as progress continues, so too does the excitement among future homeowners and discerning buyers exploring this limited collection.

Construction Update: May 9th
Here’s what’s happening on the job site at Goldwynn as of May 9th!:
✅ Glazing has started, which is a big milestone for the building’s exterior look.
✅ The drywall framing crew will be on-site and starting work this coming week.
✅ Our AC subcontractor has already kicked-off the installation of the mechanical systems.
