The Developers

The Wynn brothers have been in business together since 1984. They have managed and owned approximately $2.0 billion in real estate assets around the globe, including the highly successful Goldwynn Phase 1 Residences next door. Their portfolio also includes a Toronto fitness chain with approximately 32,000 members and a 50% interest in one of the most prolific solar energy companies in their home province of Ontario. Recently, the brothers established a charitable foundation capitalized with a $218 million contribution.
