Construction Update: August 21st
Progress continues along the shoreline as Phase 2 of the Penthouses at Goldwynn moves steadily upward. This week preparations are underway for Pour 2 of the Level 13 penthouse slab, bringing us closer to completing the rooftop level. Glazing has now reached Level 9, adding sleek definition to the building’s growing façade. The construction hoist is also set to extend to Level 13 next week, improving efficiency as vertical work continues.
Each new milestone brings us one step closer to delivering Nassau’s most refined beachfront residences.

Construction Update: August 12th
This week marks a major milestone in our Phase 2 journey, as the final crane jump is finally underway! With Stafford Crane onsite, completing the scheduled lift, we are entering the final stages of vertical construction.
Here’s a look at what is happening across the site:
???? Final Crane Jump – The last crane height increase is in motion, setting the stage for topping out the structure in the coming weeks.
???? Level 13, Pour 1 – Structural work continues upward with concrete progress well underway.
???? Glazing on Level 8 – Window and door systems are now being installed, revealing the sleek exterior to come.
???? MEP Advancements – Mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems are progressing throughout the building.
???? Fire Stair Installation – The west stair core has reached Level 8, further enhancing safety and access.
???? Interior Progress – Stud framing and drywall installation continue across the lower levels as interior spaces begin to take shape.
With every milestone, we move closer to welcoming residents to this limited beachfront collection. And this week’s crane jump? One for the books.
Construction Update: August 5th
Construction continues to advance steadily at The Penthouses at Goldwynn, Phase 2, with visible progress both inside and out. From ongoing vertical work on the upper floors to interior build-out and window installation on the lower levels, every detail is bringing this exclusive beachfront collection closer to completion.
