Construction Update: December 17th
As the final weeks of the year unfold, visible progress continues at The Penthouses at Goldwynn. From the exterior, the building is beginning to take on its full form, with defined lines, completed glazing, and ongoing finishing work giving structure to the architectural vision. While interior work continues behind the scenes, the evolving façade offers a clear view of the momentum building on site.

Construction Update: December 4th
As the year draws to a close, construction at The Penthouses at Goldwynn continues with steady momentum across the site. While much of the work now follows a rhythm of repetition, this phase is essential. Each floor completed brings greater definition to the building’s final form.
???? Structural Progress – Work is now underway on forming the roof slab of the potable water cistern, an important structural milestone. This step sets the stage for finalizing upper-level systems and transitions us into the next chapter of exterior detailing.
???? Interior Advancements – Inside, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) installations remain in progress, along with continued stud work across multiple floors. These repetitive processes are what allow each residence to take shape with clean layout divisions and structure.
???? Exterior Enhancements – The façade continues to evolve with balcony tiling now in motion, and stucco work progressing floor by floor. These finishing elements are critical to achieving the clean, coastal elegance that defines Goldwynn’s visual identity.
