As construction progresses steadily on Phase 2, we’re excited to share that in-person tours can now be conducted up to the 9th floor of the building. Construction Update: July 11th
Progress continues to unfold across Phase 2 of the Penthouses at Goldwynn, with this week bringing meaningful advancements that move us closer to completion:
???? Crane Expansion Completed – The first of two scheduled crane jumps has been successfully completed, allowing us to continue upward with greater reach as vertical construction accelerates.
???? Construction Hoist Extened – Our site’s elevator is now servicing up to Level 9, with work underway to extend across to Level 10. This upgrade is already streamlining movement of crews and materials across the site.
???? Level 11 Advancements – Concrete pouring is progressing well, with 50% of the Level 11 slab now complete. The remaining section is scheduled to be poured in the coming week.
???? Glazing Moves Up – Window installation is set to begin on Level 5, led by RS Impact. This key step will help enclose the upper levels and kick-start interior finishing.
???? Interior Drywall Takes Shape – Drywall work continues throughout the building, with preparations in full swing on Levels 3 and 4. Each step brings the interior layout of these luxury residences further into focus.
???? Tiling Underway – Tiling drypack has officially begun on Levels 1 through 3, marking a pivotal moment in the transition from raw structure to refined space.

Construction Update: July 4th
Momentum continues to build at The Penthouses at Goldwynn, Phase 2, with several key milestones reached last week:
???? Tower Crane Jump – A major advancement is underway as the tower crane is extended, enabling the next stages of vertical construction. Completion is on track for today.
???? Hoist Upgrade – The men and material hoist is being raised today as well, improving site efficiency and access to higher floors.
???? Level 11 – Rebar installation prep is in progress for the Level 11 slab, marking another step upward in our build.
???? Glazing – Window installation continues throughout the building, bringing clarity and definition to the structure.
???? Fire Escape Stairs – Safety systems are progressing smoothly with stair installations ongoing across multiple levels.
???? Interior Build-Out – On Levels 1 and 2, stud work and MEP systems are actively being installed, setting the foundation for each space to take shape.
With completion on schedule for Q4 2026, each phase brings us closer to delivering a new standard of luxury on Cable Beach.
