Construction Update: June 25th
Progress continues at pace this week at Goldwynn Phase 2.
???? Level 10 (Pour 2) is fully prepped and ready for concrete.
???? Vertical casting is advancing to Level 11.
???? Glazing is set to begin on Level 4, bringing even more light and clarity to the structure.
???? Stud work is progressing on Levels 1 and 2.
???? MEP rough-ins are actively underway from Levels 1 through 3.
Each floor marks a meaningful step toward completion, bringing us closer to unveiling this limited collection of luxury beachfront penthouses. Stay tuned as elevated island living continues to rise.
Construction Update: June 13th
Momentum continues at The Penthouses at Goldwynn as Phase 2 construction advances across multiple levels. On Level 3, glazing installation is now underway, giving form to the building’s refined architectural lines. Vertical concrete work on Level 9 is nearing completion, while preparations for the first slab pour on Level 10 are in motion bringing us one step closer to full vertical height. Our temporary elevator system is now fully operational, allowing efficient access to upper floors as crews continue their work. With material deliveries arriving on schedule, the pace remains steady as we shape the next chapter of luxury beachfront living at Goldwynn Bahamas.
Construction Update: June 5th
At The Penthouses at Goldwynn, momentum is building. Here is what’s happening onsite as of June 5th!:
???? Level 1: Glazing is now 90% complete with stud work steadily progressing. HVAC and MEP installations are also well underway.
???? Level 2: Glazing has reached 80% and preparations are in place for stud work to begin.
???? Concrete Frame: Pour #2 for Level 9 is scheduled to wrap up by end of week bringing us another step closer to vertical completion.
???? Looking Ahead: Both material and personnel hoists will be installed to further streamline construction efforts and keep everything progressing smoothly.
With each passing week, the vision for Phase 2 becomes more tangible—from sleek window installations to final structural pours, the transformation is palpable.
