Goldwynn Phase 2 continues to progress with key developments across all levels of the building, from rooftop formwork to interior finishes. Each milestone brings us closer to unveiling this limited collection of beachfront penthouse residences.
???? Main Roof Formwork Underway – Preparations have begun for the final concrete pours at the rooftop level, defining the full silhouette of the penthouse structure.
???? Hoist Access Reaches Level 12 – The construction hoist now provides access up to Level 12, with plans to extend to Level 13 next week—streamlining movement as vertical construction nears completion.
???? Glazing Installation at Level 9 – Floor-to-ceiling window and door systems are now being installed on Level 9, framing panoramic views and flooding each residence with natural light.
???? Interior Framing Reaches Level 8 – Stud work is in progress on Level 8, as the layouts of each private residence begin to take shape.
???? Stucco Advancements at Ground Level – Exterior finishing is underway with stucco work active on Level 1, contributing to the final look and durability of the building envelope.
