August 25th Update

At Goldwynn Phase 2, the most meaningful progress isn’t always the most dramatic. It’s found in the details coming together across the property: the crisp lines of the exterior, the scale of the terraces, and the quiet transition from construction site to oceanfront residence.

From private access to the shoreline, to the systems, finishes, and outdoor spaces taking shape throughout the property, every element has a role in creating an experience that is as dependable as it is refined. This is the value of thoughtful construction. It’s a home where the view is immediate, the setting feels private, and the practical details work quietly in the background, allowing owners to focus on the part that matters most: time well spent.

August 19th Update

At Goldwynn Phase 2, the architectural form is now firmly established on Cable Beach. With each new image from the site, the focus shifts from the scale of construction to the details that will define daily life here: the relationship between interiors and terraces, the clarity of ocean views, and the calm of a private beachfront setting.

An oceanfront perspective, refined

The balconies at The Penthouses at Goldwynn are designed to preserve an uninterrupted connection to the Atlantic. Glass detailing and generous outdoor spaces allow the horizon, changing light, and movement of the water to remain a part of everyday life.

From morning coffee on the terrace to an evening spent watching the water shift from blue to silver, the shoreline becomes an extension of home. Private beach access makes that connection even more immediate, linking residents directly to one of Nassau’s most coveted stretches of sand.

Interiors taking shape

Inside, continued work throughout the residences is beginning to reveal the intended scale, flow, and character of each home. Plans and structural outlines are steadily giving way to spaces designed for long stays, relaxed entertaining, and quiet time away from the pace of everyday life.

A limited Cable Beach address

As Phase 2 moves closer to its finishing stages, the distinctiveness of this opportunity becomes clear. Newly built, true beachfront residences on Cable Beach are limited, and the opportunities that combine this setting with the amenities and service of the neighbouring Goldwynn Resort are rarer still.

August 4th Update

Have you been keeping up with our penthouse progress this summer? At Goldwynn Phase 2, construction continues to move forward at an impressive pace, but what matters most right now is the quiet work happening behind the scenes to support effortless beachfront living on Cable Beach.

This week, concrete works for the fire protection cistern have been completed, an essential part of the building’s life‑safety infrastructure. It is one of those elements owners rarely see, yet rely on every day. Above, the roof is now approximately 90% complete, bringing us closer to the final stages of the exterior envelope and the level of protection and performance expected at this calibre of oceanfront residence.

Connecting homes to shoreline, and systems to comfort

On the shoreline, structural works for our private beach access are now complete. This is more than a pathway; it is a carefully engineered connection between home and sea that allows residents to move easily from their private environment to Nassau’s iconic Cable Beach.

At the same time, work begins on BPL utility installations and mobilization for the generator enclosure, critical steps that reinforce Goldwynn Phase 2’s commitment to reliability and uninterrupted comfort. Power, backup, and building systems are being designed to ensure that the experience inside the residences remains smooth. Even when island life brings the occasional storm or surge.

Refining the exterior character

On the exterior, installation of the glass balcony handrail system continues, with the Level 5 base shoe currently being installed. These details bring safety and design together, preserving clean sightlines to the Atlantic while meeting rigorous structural standards. Stucco application is progressing on the Level 13 façade, giving the building an increasingly refined appearance. This is also revealing more of its final coastal character with each passing week.

Bringing interiors closer to home

Inside the residences, construction remains in full swing. Teams are making steady progress with drywall installation, electrical rough‑ins, plumbing, and other interior work. This defines each room, shaping circulation, and preparing spaces for the finishes that will ultimately make them feel like home. Every line drawn, wire placed, and pipe installed contributes to an environment where owners can simply arrive, settle in, and trust that the building will perform.

Every milestone reflects the careful planning, craftsmanship, and attention to detail that define Goldwynn. As Phase 2 advances, what is emerging is not only an exceptional collection of luxury beachfront residences. But a structure engineered to support a calm, reliable way of living in the heart of Cable Beach.
