Construction Update: November 21st
This week at The Penthouses at Goldwynn, roof works are nearing completion, bringing the building’s full silhouette into view. With this final structure element nearly in place, focus continues to shift toward detailed interior work and exterior refinement.
Each step brings Phase 2 closer to completion and the promise of elevated beachfront living on Cable Beach. Stay tuned for more updates in the weeks ahead.
Construction Update: November 13th
As we move through November, activity remains strong across the site at The Penthouses at Goldwynn. with updates across key areas of the site as Phase 2 moves steadily toward completion.
Potable Water Cistern Excavation Commenced – Excavation is now underway on the south side of the building for the potable water cistern. This is an important step in supporting the long-term infrastructure of Phase 2.
???? Roof Works Progressing Smoothly – Roof works continue and are well on their way to completion. Each stage brings us closer to fully sealing the structure and shifting focus toward interior detailing.
???? Glazing, Drywall & Stud Installation – Glazing is progressing throughout the building, framing the light and view that define the Goldwynn experience. Inside, drywall and stud work are actively underway across multiple levels.
???? HVAC & MEP Rough-Ins – Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC rough-ins are ongoing, forming the essential systems that will power these luxury residences.
???? A Special Visitor – This week’s progress was briefly observed by an unexpected guest—an osprey enjoying the view from Penthouse 703. Even nature seems to approve ???? ✨
